As a Project Manager at Heights Insights, you’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver cloud, data/AI, integration, and cybersecurity projects for enterprise and public-sector clients. You’ll own scope, schedule, budget, and quality—turning roadmaps into reliable releases while keeping stakeholders informed and happy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end: scope, plan, RAID, budget, timeline, and reporting.
  • Run Agile ceremonies (backlog, sprint planning, reviews, retros) and ensure flow.
  • Coordinate engineers, data/AI specialists, cloud/SRE, QA, and security.
  • Maintain high-quality requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD).
  • Track delivery KPIs (lead time, on-time %, change failure rate, MTTR).
  • Manage change control, risks, and dependencies across teams and vendors. 
  • Own stakeholder comms: status updates, demos, steering meetings, and exec briefs. 
  • Ensure compliance (NDPR/GDPR), security baselines, and documentation. 
  • Support proposal/SOW creation and resource planning with the PMO.

Must Have

  • 5–8+ years delivering technology projects (consulting or enterprise).
  • Strong Agile delivery skills (Scrum/Kanban) and practical PM discipline.
  • Hands-on with Azure/AWS/GCP projects (migrations, data, APIs, security).
  • Tooling: Azure DevOps or Jira, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro/Figma.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication.
  • Solid grasp of budgets, contracts/SOWs, and vendor coordination. 
  • Ability to produce crisp reports, dashboards, and exec-ready slides.  

Nice to have

  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), DevOps (AZ-400).
  • Experience with data platforms (Power BI, Synapse/Fabric) or AI/ML delivery.
  • Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector).
  • Exposure to API platforms and integrations (Azure API Management, Logic Apps).
  • Familiarity with SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets, observability).
